Our team of professionals
Tony Barber
Is one of the two founders of TiC, and the TiC Race Director, responsible for customer relations and overall shop operations and strategy. When he’s not at the shop, you can find him on the race track, driving the shop Tesla at GridLife or one of the many shop endurance racecars with Champcar, or find him on pit lane, serving as crew chief.
Clint Boggess
Is one of the two founders of TiC, and the man with the big ideas behind our product innovations. Clint runs the finances at the shop and also gets his hands dirty building engines. He grew up spending time under the hood of every car his parents ever owned, and now proudly works on several car projects with his own son.
Ethan Loomis
Is the lead engine builder at TiC. When he's not building engines for customers he is working on his own for all of his blown up Subarus. From childhood he was interested in anything that had an engine and wheels.
Andrew Rampersaud
Is our lead technician and overall diagnostic wizard. Hailing from South America, educated at the UNOH high performance program, he heads up the back of house operations. When away from the shop Andrew is constantly learning about the ever-changing industry.
Dustin Sparks
Is our social media specialist, positive vibe provider and performance technician. He made the switch to the performance automotive field from an art career. Now he wields a ratchet and his medium is speed. His 2 yr old daughter explains in further detail: “Dad works on cool cars”.
Elliot Hahn
Is a shop technician at TIC. He specializes in suspension and drivetrain setup as well as general race prep. Elliot graduated from UNOH in 2021 and has since then spent his time at TiC perfecting his trade. “TiC was the catalyst that made me pursue a career in the automotive industry. It brings me great pride to give our customers the best product I can”.
